Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from Qoneria, operated by Bilal Mrani Alaoui, a self-employed freelancer ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you accept the conditions described below.

1. Our quality commitment

We aim to deliver high-quality, original, and SEO-optimized content. Every order includes free revisions to make sure the final article meets your brief. If you are not satisfied, we encourage you to use these revisions before requesting a refund.

2. Cancellations before delivery

  • Within 2 hours of payment (work not started): full refund (100%).
  • After work has started but before first draft delivery: partial refund of 50%.
  • Once the first draft has been delivered: cancellation is no longer possible. Only revision rounds apply.

3. Refunds after delivery

You may request a refund after delivery only in the following cases:

  • The article does not match the brief and cannot be aligned through the included revision rounds.
  • The article fails plagiarism or AI detection (we provide proof of originality on request).
  • The delivery is more than 7 days late and no agreed extension exists.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery to hello@qoneria.com, with a clear explanation of the issue.

4. Cases where refunds are not granted

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after delivery.
  • The article has already been published or modified.
  • The brief was incomplete, contradictory, or changed after work began.
  • The complaint is based on subjective taste rather than the brief.
  • You did not use the included revision rounds.
  • Specific SEO results (rankings, traffic, conversions) were not achieved — we deliver optimized content but cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on external factors.

5. Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 14 business days through the original payment method. Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

6. Bulk and subscription orders

For orders of 5 articles or more, refunds apply only to articles not yet delivered or not yet started. Articles already delivered remain billable, even within a discounted bulk plan.

7. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider, please contact us first. Most disputes can be resolved amicably. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension of services and reporting to fraud prevention databases.

8. Money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are unhappy with the final article after using all included revisions, and your case meets the conditions above, we will issue a refund within 14 days of delivery.
