3. Orders and payment
- All orders are subject to confirmation by Qoneria.
- Prices are listed in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
- Payment is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.
- An order is considered placed only once payment has been received and confirmed.
4. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are provided per package (24h to 7 days). These are estimates and not strict deadlines unless explicitly agreed in writing. Delays caused by missing or unclear briefs from the client are not the responsibility of Qoneria.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide a clear, accurate, and complete brief.
- Respond promptly to questions or revision requests.
- Ensure that all topics, keywords, and references comply with applicable laws.
- Not request content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes on third-party rights.
6. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of free revision rounds (1 to unlimited). Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be billed separately.
7. Intellectual property
- Once full payment is received, all rights to the delivered content are transferred to the client.
- The client may use, modify, and publish the content freely.
- Qoneria reserves the right to display non-confidential samples in its portfolio, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
- If payment is not completed, the content remains the property of Qoneria.
8. Originality and AI
All articles are written by human writers and pass standard plagiarism and AI-detection checks. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic results, as these depend on many external factors.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qoneria (Bilal Mrani Alaoui) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific order.
